I personally make and design each suit using the highest quality fabric and ornamentation. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks before your show to place your order. Rush orders will be accepted on a case by case basis time permitting. Rush orders will incur an additional fee. It is very important to have accurate measurements at this time. A deposit is required when placing the order for your suits in the form of Money Order or Pay Pal. The required amount is half of the cost of the suit. If you cancel your order prior to the suit being cut or assembled, I will send a full refund of the deposit. If it is after the suit has been cut, the deposit will be lost. I will notify you via Email prior to cutting your suit. PLEASE NOTE ALL CUSTOM SUIT ORDERS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE. SUITS NOT PAID IN FULL BY CONTEST DATE BECOME THE PROPERTY OF FIT WEAR DESIGNS. Payment Method: Our online payments are processed through Paypal. We can accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, eCheck, or Instant Transfer through PayPal. PayPal offers payment choices that allow more flexibility than accepting only credit cards while maintaining security and privacy for our customers. All payment details are handled by PayPal's secure servers. Your Credit Card Numbers and Checking Account Numbers are not stored on our server at any time during or after ordering. We also accept Money Orders made out to Jodie Bruce, in U.S. Funds only. We can not accept credit card payments by mail or FAX. It is important to note that the payment method you chose will affect how long it takes to receive your order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Suit will not be shipped until full payment has been made. At this time the only acceptable form of payment is Money Order or Pay Pal. If fittings are needed, these will be sent USPS Priority Mail. These charges will be added to the final total. Once the suit is complete and payment is in full, the suit will be sent USPS Overnight or UPS overnight. Suits are sent Priority Mail or Next Day. I will collect final postage fees in the final total. Cleaning instructions will be included but will not guarantee that tanning products or any other fitness products can be removed from the fabric.
